  • Usage data: route performance metrics, machine data, and analytics you submit through the platform.
  • Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and access timestamps collected automatically.

  • Provide and maintain the RoutePulse service
  • Process your route and machine performance data
  • Send service-related communications
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with third-party service providers (Cloudflare (infrastructure), Paddle (billing)) solely to operate and improve the service.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Account data is retained for up to 365 days after account deletion.

Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Your password is hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plaintext.
